Position Availability:
Desktop Technician


The Desktop Technician will provide technical support to all end users; Log end user calls in
a tracking system and prioritize severity levels; Troubleshoot various types of technical and non-technical questions via telephone;
Escalate issues to appropriate members
in the organization.

Position Availability:
Server Technician

The Server Technician will be responsible for server support to multiple client sites.  Microsoft certification required, as well as thorough knowledge of Server 2003 and Server 2008 environment.
