In cold weather, choose a case that offers padding and insulation to your laptop to help prevent the components from getting freezing cold. The other concern with cold weather is moisture damage from the humidity in the air. Make sure that you keep your laptop and case out of damp or humid areas, especially after you come in from the cold.
